Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that other website.

We don't use user trackers, traffic trackers, or ad trackers. We don't display advertising.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile (name and email address). All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Payment information (credit card) is not retained or stored by us, it is processed directly by our partner Stripe.

We use an open source, in-house analytics platform to track basic traffic patterns, such as the number of user visits. This information is deidentified as much as possible and purged on a regular basis. We respect do "Do Not Track" browser requests.

If you'd like to opt-out of our analytics platform, click the box below:

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We make every attempt to obtain and retain as little information about you as possible. Information we obtain is purged regularly and only used for troubleshooting purposes.

VPN Data

We make every attempt to obtain and retain as little information about you as possible, including your VPN traffic data. We cache DNS data as part of our fundamental architecture, just like the larger Internet; this is aggregated across all users and is not associated with individual users. This cache is necessary to keep consistent service for our users and is purged regularly.

We don't inspect traffic through the VPN. If your VPN traffic is encrypted (e.g. HTTPS/TLS) we can't see that nor do we have access to it. We log basic connection information (account connects and disconnects); however, that data is purged regularly.

We do not, lease, rent, sell, or distribute any data outside of our company, and we have security measures in place to prevent employees, contractors, or unauthorized third parties from accessing any information. In the event of a breach, we will notify all users, regardless of exposure to a breach.

Use of the VPN encrypts traffic between your device(s) and our server(s). Once it leaves the server it's on the Internet. We don't look at the traffic, and any other encryption you're using ensures we can't see that traffic.

We don't log packets, DNS lookups, or websites you visit. In the case of DNS, the server caches lookups for a limited time and they are in no way associated with you or your account.

We delete information frequently and don't maintain much, if any, data about you, especially how you use the service. That being said, don't do anything illegal or we'll terminate your account. We don't provide you with complete anonymity, we provide you with higher levels of privacy.

We will comply with legal orders placed by the government of the United States of America and/or the State jurisdiction of Oregon. By signing up and using this service, you agree to abide by the laws of the United States of America. You agree to not use this service for anything deemed illegal or of questionability legality. We reserve the right to terminate and/or suspend and/or limit your account for any reason. You agree to arbitration in the state of Oregon to resolve legal disputes (for this site or service); though, we'd appreciate you just email us with questions or concerns.

By signing up and using the service, you agree to not attempt to disrupt the service and/or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the infrastructure, including other users. AdBlocker VPN & Daatik, LLC reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time for any reason.
